We're committed to delivering your order safely and on time, from our Kathmandu workshop to your door.

Where we ship

We ship within Nepal and internationally — including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. For destinations not listed at checkout, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• For custom or bulk orders, production ranges from 7–20 business days depending on quantity.

Carriers & delivery estimates

We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking, customs & lost shipments

• Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos. If a package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
