Eligibility for returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Not eligible for return

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items bought on clearance or sale (unless defective)
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

How to start a return

1. Email osr.felt@gmail.com (or use the Request a Return option in your account) with your order details and reason.
2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund or exchange.

Return shipping & refunds

• Customers cover return shipping, except when the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item, to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

Notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect or damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Our promise

If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you toward a fair resolution. We aim to make every order worry-free.
