Payment Methods

At Om Sairam Felt, we offer secure and reliable payment options for our customers worldwide.

We currently accept

• Bank Transfer (SWIFT / Wire Transfer) — direct international bank transfer. Bank details and SWIFT code are shared after order confirmation.
• Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards via our secure checkout (where enabled).
• PayPal — safe and convenient for international transactions.
• International Bank Draft — available on request for large or bulk orders.

How orders are paid

For wholesale and custom orders we typically work in two stages:

1. Advance payment (50%) confirms your order and lets us reserve materials and begin production.
2. Final payment (remaining 50%) is due before shipment, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation and, when shipped, your tracking details.

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers are responsible for any bank fees or transfer charges.
• For wire transfers, email your payment receipt to osr.felt@gmail.com for verification.
